Hi Warriors! We are dropping this episode early so that you can listen as you travel for Thanksgiving, while you are cooking, or just relaxing. We want you to have all the tools in your toolbox to combat any struggles that can creep up around food and diet culture.

The stories we tell ourselves in our head, the indirect messaging, and direct messaging about food can really mess with us. It seems that even those of us who have done the work to heal our relationship with food and our weight can still get triggered. These triggers can happen at any time during the year, but the holiday season is often a time where they are amplified.

Dr. Natalie Gentile, Board Certified Family and Lifestyle Medicine Physician and self proclaimed Healthcare Disruptor shares with us some tips on how to take care of our mind and body this holiday season. Dr. Natalie is a wealth of knowledge and has such a unique perspective as someone who is a Weight Neutral Direct Primary Care Provider.

Sarah and I learned so much in this conversation. We will be taking these tips with us into all the festivities over the next two months and hope you find some that resonated with you too.

Remember to Stay Wild and Weird Warriors, and take care of yourself this holiday season.

Xo,

Amy & Sarah
